Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and general awesomeness of all tests and products sold here.

Tests and test packages cannot be refunded. We have a blood draw site locator for you to find a site near you to have your blood drawn for the tests you purchased. However, not all locations have reasonable access to draw sites. Defined reasonable access will be within 60 miles. Additionally, once a test has been purchased you will have 60 days of receiving the test kit to request a refund. Refunds granted are subject to 10% fee for merchant costs.

Products offered on this site are through an affiliate relationship with the vendors. All refunds should be arranged through the vendor of the product you purchased. Contact information will be on the receipt received with delivery of your product.

Any products sold to the purchaser where payment was received directly from the purchaser and mailed from us to the purchaser can be refunded by A 10% charge will be withheld from the total cost of the product to cover handling costs associated to purchase. Original shipping and return costs will not be refunded and deducted from the refund.

How To Make a Return

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

All items are subject to a 10% handling fee and will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
